This guide provides step-by-step instructions to ensure your stock is properly prepared before shipping. Please share this guide with your supplier to help them prepare the packing list accurately and efficiently.

⚠️ Important Notes
- Product Naming: Always use the Shopify SKU (as listed in Shopify), not factory product codes.
- Carton Labeling: Ensure each carton is clearly labeled with all required details (see Step 2).
- Barcode Labeling: All inbound stock must be labeled with barcodes before shipment. If barcodes are missing, additional processing may be required, and a handling fee may apply.
- Stock Inbound Request: Before shipping, please create a Stock Inbound Request in the Ecomflow dashboard.

Step-by-Step Instructions (English)
Step 1: Prepare the packing list

Download the packing list template below:
- Complete the template with the following information:
- Customer’s Store Name/SKU (as listed in Shopify).
- Total Quantity per Carton.
- Mixed Carton Contents: Clearly list the quantity of each SKU within the carton.
- Ensure all information is accurate and aligned with the customer’s requirements.
Step 2: Barcode Labeling
All inbound stock must be labeled with barcodes before shipment to Ecomflow.
- Barcodes must be unique for each product variant. Each product variant (e.g., different style, color, or size) should have its own distinct barcode applied to all units within that variant to ensure accurate scanning, inventory syncing, and efficient fulfillment
- If the products already have barcodes, you may use those. Our warehouse system can recognize various barcode formats, as long as the barcode includes numerical data below the lines, which is essential for scanning and processing.
- If the products do not have barcodes, please email us here to request barcodes for labeling before shipment.
Step 3: Label each carton
If the customer has not provided pre-made carton labels, create and attach labels with the following details:

- Customer Brand Name
- Product Name/SKU (as per Shopify)
- Box Dimension
- Total Quantity per Carton
For mixed cartons, clearly list the quantities of each product inside.
Step 4: Verify the Packing List With the Brand Owner
Once the packing list is complete, share it with the brand owner for verification. This step ensures accuracy before shipment.
Step 5: Submit Tracking Information
After shipping, provide the brand owner with the tracking number and shipping details.
• The brand owner will manage further communication and submission.
• For any shipment-related questions, contact the brand owner directly.

第2步:为每个商品贴条码
- 所有商品必须贴有条形码标签,以便快速扫描入库。
- 如果产品已有条形码,您可以直接使用。我们仓库系统可以识别多种条形码格式,只要条形码下方有数字数据,这对于扫描和处理至关重要。
- 如无条码,请 点击此处发送邮件申请条码标签。
第3步:为每个箱子贴标签
如果客户未提供现成的箱贴,请根据以下信息创建并粘贴标签:
- 客户品牌名称: [填写品牌名称]
- 产品名称/SKU(与 Shopify 一致): [填写产品名称/SKU]
- 每箱总数量: [填写数量]
- 如果是混箱,请清楚列出每种产品的数量
第4步:将装箱单发送给品牌方
完成装箱单后,请发送给品牌方 核对和确认。
第5步:提交物流信息
发货后,请提供以下信息给品牌方:
- 物流追踪号
- 发货详情
品牌方将负责 后续沟通 和 提交工作。
