4:00 AM - 6:00 AM Central European Summer Time (CEST)
๐ Why?
We are performing a planned system reset on our Shopify-WMS connection to improve stock syncing accuracy and ensure long-term stability across all connected stores.
๐ What to Expect
During this reset window, inventory on your Shopify store may briefly appear as zero, which could trigger โout of stockโ automations or impact product visibility if you have those settings in place
โ ๏ธ To prevent this, please temporarily deactivate any out-of-stock automations in Shopify:
For Shopify Flow users:
- Go to your Shopify Admin > Apps > Shopify Flow
- Identify any workflows that react to inventory changes
- Pause the workflow or add a delay/condition so it does not trigger during the sync window

Using other automations?
Please review any settings related to inventory and ensure that automations or product visibility rules are temporarily disabled or manually overridden. This includes systems that:
- Hide or unpublish products when inventory reaches zero
- Send alerts when stock changes
- Sync stock levels to external platforms
These precautions will help prevent unintended actions during the brief zero-inventory display that may occur as part of the sync reset.
